探亲邀请手续简化
问：联合律师事务所的先生/女士：你们好！我想申请我的父母和舅舅来西探亲。听说邀请函是在警察局办理是吗？手续是否很麻烦？具体的要求是什么？中国需要准备什么文件？ 盼复，深表感谢。
答：您好！
探亲邀请函需要在您住家所在地的警察局办理。从去年下半年开始，邀请函办理的手续简化，您只需要提供本人的居留证或身份证，住家证明，住家合同或买房公证书，最后一个月的房租收据或付银行分期付款回执，这些文件都需要正本和复印件；同时还需要提供被邀请人的详细信息（姓名、护照号码、出生年月日），与您的关系（不需要被邀请人护照复印件和关系公证），以及计划来西班牙的大致日期。警察局在受理后一般在一周左右就会把邀请函给您 ，您需要把邀请函正本，您本人的居留和护照的公证复印一同寄到中国。
中国申请签证时除了上述文件外还需递送申请人的户籍公证，健康公证，无罪公证，被邀请人与您的关系公证，旅行期间的医疗保健，申请人在中国的资产证明，有效期在4个月以上的护照，少数情况会要求您在西班牙的经济收入证明。
